Families + Kiddos

Families and kiddos are some of my favorite sessions to photograph! Every family and child is so unique in their own way and I love to capture the love and personalities in each of you! I love to make family sessions and photos of just your kids, FUN! We play games with different prompts with the kids and try to get as many candid moments and laughs as possible! Those will be your favorites! 

Do not worry how to pose, I will help you with all of that! Don't know what to do with your hands, I got you!! My job is to make you feel the most comfortable in front of my camera! With little ones I suggest to always bring a toy or item that your child loves and we can use it to get some cute smiles, or they can include it in the photos as well if you feel like it would photograph well! 

If you're wondering what to wear, I suggest you choose a color palette of your liking and coordinate everyone's outfits together! It's easier to start with one person (usually the mother), then find outfits that go along with hers! I recommend only 1 person in a pattern unless they are matching. I suggest only up to 2 people in patterns total. It tends to look busy if you have more than that! I am happy to recommend some websites and boutiques to you if you would like! Just message me!

For outdoor sessions, I usually book them around an hour or so before sunset to ensure the best lighting possible and so it's not so hot on everyone in the summer months as well.  If you're booking a session for just the little ones who still take naps and want indoor or outdoor, I suggest we schedule it after they've had their afternoon nap so they are ready to have some fun! Their attention span isn't long at a young age so we will make the most of it and have a blast!
